* Close to University.
* Very quiet street.
* Small pet ok on application.
Lease of 6 months offered to start, with the potential for a longer lease later.
I will be living next door (sharing a common driveway) so please forgive if I'm particulary fussy about tenant applications as I'm choosing a close proximity neighbour as well as a tenant.
